BIO

I am a Principal Research Scientist at the National Institute for Freshwater and Fisheries Research (NIFFR), where I have been involved in various research projects and programs. I have over 10 years of experience in freshwater and fisheries resources management, fish breeding and hatchery management, conservation, and development.

My core competencies include data analysis, report writing, scientific writing, and environmental awareness. I use Microsoft Word and other software tools to conduct and present my research findings in a clear and concise manner. I am also fluent in English, Hausa, and Arabic languages, which enable me to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and collaborators. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Fisheries at Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto, where I aim to advance my knowledge and skills in the fishery industry. My mission is to contribute to the innovation and sustainability of aquatic ecosystems and livelihoods.
